How long does it take to ship an order?
Shipping times depend on the carrier and shipping option you select. Ground shipping can take up to two weeks for the shipment to be processed and delivered. Second day and third day shipping arrive on the scheduled business days. For example if you place your order on a Thursday with a 2nd day shipping arrangement your order will arrive on Monday.
How much hair is in Cheveux by Shawnceé's bundles?
Each bundle in the Cheveux by Shawnceé Extensions line has 3.5 oz of hair!
How long do Cheveux by Shawnceé's bundles last?
Our hair can last 6 months to 1 full year depending on how well the user takes hair of the bundles. We recommend timely re-installations at a frequency of about every 4-8 weeks. We also recommend that during every takedown you wash and deep condition both your natural hair and bundles! We recommend you use a natural sulfate free shampoo as well as your favorite deep conditioner. Leave your deep conditioner in your hair and bundles for at least 30 - 60 minutes. For the best results put a plastic shower cap over your natural hair while conditioning and place your bundles in a grocery bag and tie it up to seal in the moisture! If you do this your bundles will definitely last 6-12 months! :)
How do I care for my bundles from Cheveux by Shawnceé?
Again, we recommend timely re-installations with a frequency of about once every 4-8 months. We also recommend washing the hair after every takedown with a sulfate free shampoo and deep conditioning for at least 60 minutes. For the best results place the bundles massaged with conditioner in a clean grocery or zip lock bag, seal, and let sit for the recommended amount of time.
How long do wig/unit orders take to ship?
Wigs and Units can take between 1-2 weeks to construct and up to 2 weeks to ship depending on the shipping option you choose.
What is Vanité llc's return policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not provide cash refunds. We provide a store credit or exchange for any and all returned items. We will be happy to assist you in your returns and exchanges! You can call us between 10 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Phone lines are closed on Monday's and Sunday's for returns. Please call 678-664-0478.
